The two things that really put patients at ease in my care are the fact that I am approachable and treat everyone with respect. I was drawn to family medicine because it is such a comprehensive specialty that deals with all ages and conditions. One element I like to emphasize with patients is the power of preventative care. As a physician, I’m introduced to new situations and challenges every day. I love the problem-solving aspect and especially like to help patients get to the bottom of complicated cases when their symptoms or conditions have been difficult to diagnose.
